I liked this book just as much as I did the first which I honestly thought would be hard to top. I loved Bailey & Kam’s story and was cheering for them since book 1 so I was happy their story was next in the trilogy. I really appreciated the fact that Rob & Wren played such a big part in book 2 and they did in such a natural way. I never thought the story line was choppy or jumped around but rather flowed very well to keep the story moving along at a good pace. One thing I love about Shannon’s writing is that the stories are so well developed and explained but never seem to drag along.

This is again a clean romance as was the first but if you read the first in the series and loved it, you will most definitely love this one as well! I especially enjoyed how the book ended and I'm interested to see how that plays out (if it does) in the next book in the series. I’m excited to read Taryn’s story but wish it wasn't the last in the trilogy, I just love the Downings!

I have read book 1 & 2 in this series. This is book 2. I really enjoyed this, kept my attention from page 1. It was an easy read with a balance of romance & drama to keep it interesting to the very last page. I would highly recommend this. I can't wait to read the last in this trilogy.
I read Shannon's Love and Dessert series and loved them. I think I might like the Love and Trust books better. They are fun, clean, and of course romantic. I really appreciate that Shannon can make the reader swoon without smut. A nice easy read. If you like cute romantic stories I would highly recommend (you can read this without reading the first, but you will understand the characters a little bit better if you do)
Really enjoyed this book. Loved the relationship between hero and heroine, and the fact that the main characters from book 1 were included a lot. A clean romance, but not prudish. Very well written and held my attention. Lots of interaction between characters, and no long sections just describing someone's clothing or the scenery. Highly recommend this series and author. Am about to start reading book 3 in the series.
I just completed this book and I loved it. I just ordered #1 and #3. The cover seems to indicate a bit more steam than I usually like but this story really surprised me. I loved both of the characters and clearly Shannon has written many other books because she visits them so now I'm sucked into those as well. I would DEFINATELY, and clearly have, read more from her without hesitation. Grat job Shannon! denise bailey
I love this series. I love the setting, characters and lighthearted feel. I also love that there isn't a long wait between books.

I was glad to get Bailey and Kam's story. I loved Kam in the other books and I loved him in this one. I like a hero who goes after the girl and doesn't give up on her. He was a great leading man. I loved Bailey. She's had it hard and built up some walls. I was a little surprised by the serious turn the story takes, but I thought it was handled well. Never got too heavy or detailed. It makes you love Kam even more for how he handles everything and views Bailey. They really are cute together and have a sweet love story. Definitely one you won't want to miss.
This second book in the series was another well written and beautiful story of learning to get through the past to find the love we all want and need. Such a great group of characters that brings so much to the story. Bailey was harboring a dark secret that no one knew about until she finally comes clean. She had been fighting her attraction to Jam out of fear of not being able to handle what he makes her feel and that he won't want to be with her once he knows her secret. Jam is so in love with Bailey that he is not giving up on her. They both make mistakes they learn from to find what they both are looking for. The author did a great job of telling their story and keeping the reader entertained from the beginning. It was funny...moving...and heartfelt. Very enjoyable read. Can't wait to see what happens with the next book. Highly recommend
I had no intention of buying this book- it was an accident, but I read it anyway. Very early on, Bailey, the main character says she cannot wait to change her Facebook status to "in a relationship" and that one line sets the tone for the entire book. I felt like I was in the middle of a middle school drama. Usually I think the characters are too young for their stories; in this case they are too old. I get that Bailey is broken and is coming to terms with something terrible that happened in high school (that came out of nowhere), but that does not explain the pre-teen angst and attitudes of the other characters, including Kam (which is a bummer because I started out liking Kam).

If you're into a Facebook-status driven story with minimal character development than this is the story for you (no judgement). Personally I prefer books about teenage drama to be about teenage characters, not post-college adults.
